Today is February 14th, a day known as Valentine’s Day. It is celebrated annually as a significant cultural and commercial celebration of romance and love in many regions of the world. We are FLOSS geeks though, and we celebrate something different: free open source software. We call this event “I love Free Software Day” to send a big Thank You to all the Free Software contributors out there that do important work for our society.
To everyone that has contributed in developing, promoting and sharing the values of Free Software, we want to say that your efforts do not go unnoticed. We are thankful for each one of you and for all the hard work you put on all the FLOSS projects you are involved.
