A few days ago we explained why we’re updating the pricing of our Managed Hosting packages for the first time since we opened our doors. That post was about the “why.” This one is about the “when” and “how much”, the part that actually matters for your budget planning. So let’s get into it.
What is changing, and what isn’t
The new pricing applies to our Managed Hosting packages only, and we’ll be rolling it out gradually rather than flipping a switch for everyone at once. Add-On services like Data Migrations from Big Tech platforms like Google Workspace to open source alternatives like Nextcloud, user support, office hours: all of that stays exactly as it is. As we said in the previous post, helping teams move away from Big Tech is the last thing we want to make harder, so we intend to keep those prices where they are for as long as we reasonably can.
Most of the teams we provide Managed Hosting services to are small and medium organisations working with limited budgets, and a pricing change is something you need time to plan around, whether that means renewing with us or looking at other options. That’s why all of our current Subscribers will have at least 5 months from this post before the new pricing affects them. From our research, most providers in this space give roughly 1-2 month of notice for pricing changes. We wanted to give as much time as we realistically could, because deciding on your digital infrastructure isn’t something you should have to rush. We hope that this grace period, together with the discounts announced below, means the least disruption possible for anyone involved, especially for the teams that trusted us to help them migrate away from Big Tech in the first place.
New Pricing
Below you can find the details of the new pricing of our Managed Hosting packages, whill will apply starting from 1.09.2026.

We are also changing the way we calculate the discounts for yearly payments. Until now we were offering 1 month free of charge for the small and medium teams that choose to pay yearly for our Managed Hosting services. For operational reasons, we are now offering 10% off for yearly payments of these services, which is a little more than the equivalent of 1 month discount.
Current Managed Hosting Subscribers
Monthly subscribers
- from September 2026 to December 2026 you will charged with the same amount that you have been paying.
- From January 2027 until end of June 2027 you receive an additional 30% discount as a ‘thank you’ for your continued trust in our Managed Hosting services.
Yearly Subscribers
- if your renewal date is before 01.01.2027 you will be renewed at the prices you’re used to. In your next billing cycle, you renew at the updated prices.
- if your renewal date falls on or after 01.01.2027: your subscription will be renewed at the updated prices, but you will receive 30% for the first billing cycle and 15% for the second one.
- in both cases you still get 10% off because of your yearly subscription
New Managed Hosting Subscribers
If you sign up for our Managed Hosting services between September 2026 - December 2026, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your fees.
Monthly subscribers
- the discount is valid until 30.06.2027
- after that date official fees apply for all packages
Yearly Subscribers
- the discount is valid for your first billing cycle.
- On top of that: if you pay yearly, you’ll get the standard additinal 10% off on all our Managed Hosting packages, in addition to the 10% discount mentioned above.
- After the first billing cycle normal fees apply.
The usual reminder: no lock-in
This hasn’t changed, and it won’t: we have a strict no vendor lock-in policy. If the new pricing, even with the discounts and the grace period, doesn’t fit your team’s budget, we’ll help you offboard with all the files and exports you need to migrate elsewhere. Again, no guilt trips, no friction. We’d rather you leave on good terms than stay somewhere that doesn’t work for your setup.
